비대면 온라인창업교육 만족도 및 개선방안에 관한 연구: 창업 및 창업교육 수강경험에 따른 차이를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 들어 증가하고 있는 비대면 온라인 창업교육 프로그램 학습자를 대상으로 창업교육 만족도 및 학습자 특성에 따른 요구도를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 비대면 온라인 창업프로그램 학습자의 특성의 차이에 따라 교육만족도 및 교육효과에 대한 차별화된 접근이 요구되는 것으로 나타났다. 기창업자의 경우 비대면 온라인 창업교육프로그램에 대한 교육내용 및 교수법에 대한 만족도가 높지 않아 이에 대한 대책이 요구되며, 비대면 온라인 창업교육 프로그램의 적정한 수강 인원 규모, 교육 시간 및 횟수, 강의 방법 등에 대한 설문결과를 정리한 결과 기존 창업경험 및 창업교육 유·무에 따른 집단 간 요구도 차이를 보여 학습자 특성을 세밀하게 고려해야 할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비대면 온라인 창업교육 학습자를 창업경험 및 창업교육 유·무에 따라 분리하여 교육 실태를 분석함으로써 향후 비대면 온라인 창업교육프로그램을 설계함에 있어 다양한 학습자의 특성에 기반한 교육내용, 교수법 등에 대한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study empirically analyzed the effect of entrepreneurship education and the demand according to the characteristics of learners targeting non-face-to-face online entrepreneurship education program learners, which are increasing recently. As a result of the study, first, it was found that a differentiated approach to educational satisfaction and educational effects was required according to the difference in characteristics of learners of non-face-to-face online entrepreneurship programs. Second, there was no significant difference between the two groups, but in particular, in the case of established entrepreneurs, the satisfaction with the non-face-to-face online entrepreneurship education program is not high, so measures are required. Third, as a result of arranging the requirements for the appropriate number of participants, training hours, lecture methods, and desired fields of the non-face-to-face online entrepreneurship training program, differences in the method of lectures and courses desired to be opened according to the existing entrepreneurship experience and entrepreneurship training. As a result, it was found that entrepreneurship education subjects and entrepreneurial education methods should be considered sufficiently. This study suggests that it is necessary to consider the characteristics of learners in designing future non-face-to-face online entrepreneurship education programs by separating non-face-to-face online entrepreneurship education learners according to entrepreneurship experience and presence or absence of entrepreneurship education.
