예비창업자의 창업역량이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 기업가정신의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록

최근 실업 문제로 일자리 창출이 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있고, 전(全) 세계적으로 창업은 일자리 창출의 해결방안으로 강조되고 있다. 이에 따라 정부에서는 청년 실업 문제를 해결하는 수단으로 활발한 창업정책을 수립하여 시행하고 있다. 창업을 활성화시키는데 있어 중요한 요소는 창업교육을 통해 창업역량과 창업의지를 증진하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 예비창업자 191명을 대상으로 창업역량(자기효능감, 창업효능감, 기회인식, 창업준비)이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 및 기업가정신이 창업역량과 창업의지 간의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는지 실증분석했다. 본 연구의 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비창업자의 자기효능감, 창업효능감, 창업준비 역량이 높아질수록 창업의지는 높아졌다. 둘째, 예비창업자의 창업역량은 기업가정신을 매개로 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤는데, 이는 예비창업자의 창업의지가 발현되기 위해서는 기업가정신교육이 중요하다는 시사점을 주고 있다.

영문 초록

Employment creation has emerged as an important issue in terms of employment from a national point of view, and it has emphasized start-ups worldwide as a solution to job creation. As a result, the government has created and implemented vigorous start-up policies as a means of recruiting youth unemployment and creating jobs. An important factor in revitalizing start-up is to revitalize its abilities and intention through the entrepreneurship education. This study analyzed the effects of entrepreneurial capability (self-efficacy, entrepreneurship efficacy, opportunity recognition, and preparation for start-up) on 191 prospective entrepreneurs. In addition, we verified that entrepreneurship plays a parameter role in the relationship between entrepreneurial capability and entrepreneurial intention. The main study results are the following: First, independent variables such as self-efficacy, entrepreneurship efficacy and preparation for starting-up had a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention. Second, As a result of examining the mediating effect of entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurial capability of prospective entrepreneurs has a positive influence on the entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurship. It is expected to introduce academically important implications by introducing variables that have a significant influence on the study of the relationship between entrepreneurial capability and entrepreneurial intention, and by analyzing the mediating role of entrepreneurship
