국문 초록

본 연구는 외국인 유학생을 위한 글쓰기 교육 방안을 마련하고자 내러티브의 담론에서 그 방안을 모색해 보았다. 이를 위해 내러티브의 교육적 의미를 살펴보고 외국인 유학생을 위한 글쓰기 교육의 측면에서 내러티브의 가치에 대해 논의하였다. 나아가 내러티브의 담론에서외국인 유학생을 위한 글쓰기 교육 방안을 제안하였다. 내러티브의 의미는 크게 ‘이야기로서의 내러티브’, ‘사고 양식으로서의 내러티브’, ‘의사소통 과정으로서의 내러티브’로 나타낼 수 있다. 이러한 내러티브의 의미를 미루어 보면, 인간의 삶을 학습자의 사유를 토대로 하여 ‘글’이라는 양식으로 생산해내는 것이 글쓰기라는 점에서, 내러티브는 하나의 이야기이고, 사고 양식을 필요로 하며, 의사소통과정에 매개가 되는 언어를 수단으로 한다는 점은 내러티브 담론이 외국인 유학생을 위한 글쓰기 교육에 주는 시사점이 분명 있을 것이라 보았다. 이에 따라 본고는 외국인 유학생을 위한 글쓰기 교육 방안을 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 내러티브 관점에서의 외국인 유학생의 글쓰기 교육을 위한 교육목표는 ‘패러다임적·내러티브적 사고 양식의 상호 보완적 신장 목표’를, 교육내용은 ‘다양한 내러티브를 활용한 교육 내용의 재구성’을, 교수학습방법은 교수자와 학습자의 상호 소통을 통한 내러티브적 교수·학습‘을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

In order to establish the study of writing education for foreign students, this study sought for the study in the discussion of narratives. Examining the educational meaning of narratives, the value of narratives was also discussed in the aspect of writing education for foreign students. Furthermore, the study was suggested in the discussion of narratives that could work as the study of writing education for foreign students. The meaning of narratives can be largely divided into narrative as a story , narrative as a thinking style , and narrative as a communication process . Regarding the meaning of narratives, writing is the creation of human life based on learner s thinking in the form of writing. Based on the fact that narrative is a story required of thinking style with the means of language working as a medium for communication process, the discussion of narratives would have implications for writing education for foreign students. Thus, this paper has suggested the study of writing education for foreign students like below. The educational goal of writing education for foreign students in the aspect of narratives is the complementary increase of paradigmatic/narrative thinking style . The educational content is the recomposition of educational contents using diverse narratives while the teaching/learning method is the narrative teaching/learning through mutual communication between teacher and learner.
