국문 초록

다양한 기업 및 연구자들에 의하여 제품에 대한 사용성을 평가하기 위한 연구들이 수행되었으나 대부분의 연구가 사용자의 요구를 종합적으로 분석하기 위한 평가 체계를 수립하는 데 미비한 실정이다. 그러므로 이 연구는 사용자가 제품의 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어적 특징을 명확히 이해하고 제품에 대한 특성 전반에 대해 종합적으로 분석함으로써 종합적인 인간공학적 평가 체계를 개발하고자 실시되었다. 신발은 운동 시 가장 대표적인 최적의 웰니스 용품으로 이 연구에서는 다양한 웨어러블 액세서리 중 신발에 삽입하여 사용할 수 있는 스마트인솔에 대한 인간공학적 평가 체계를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 최근 6개월간 하지에 정형외과적 병력이 없는 건강한 성인 남성 20명이 연구에 참여하였으며, 모든 대상자들은 2주간 일상생활에서 스마트 인솔 및 앱을 사용한 후 평가를 실시하였다. 스마트인솔의 인간공학적 평가를 위해서는 스마트인솔의 하드웨어적인 물리적 구조, 특성 및 기능성에 대한 종합적인 평가가 필요하며, 동시에 앱의 구동 및 기능에 대한 사용자의 감성적 반응에 대한 평가가 신중히 고려되어야 할 요소라고 판단된다. 이 연구는 특정 제품을 대상으로 평가 체계를 개발하였으나, 유사 웨어러블 기기의 특성 변화를 수용할 수 있도록 보완한다면 다양한 제품에 대한 사용성 평가에 활용 가능하다고 생각된다.

영문 초록

Various companies and researchers are conducting studies to evaluate the usability of products. However, most studies lack the process of establishing and evaluation system for comprehensive analysis of user needs. Shoes are the most representative and optimized wellness products for any kinds of exercise. This study focuses in developing an ergonomic evaluation system for smart insoles that can be used by inserting them directly into shoes among various wearable accessories. Therefore, this study allowed the users to experience the product for 2 weeks to clearly understand the hardware and software features of the product, and then conducted a survey to analyze the overall characteristics of the product to develop a comprehensive ergonomic evaluation system. To this end, 20 healthy adult men with no orthopedic history in the lower limbs in the past 6 months participated in the study. All subjects evaluated the product after using Smart Insole and app in daily life for 2 weeks. For the ergonomic evaluation of the smart insole, it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the hardware structure, characteristics, and functionality of the smart insole, and at the same time, it is judged that the evaluation of the user’s emotional response to the operation and function of the app is a factor to be carefully considered. Although this study developed and evaluation system targeting a specific product, it is considered that it can be used to evaluate the usability of various products if it is supplemented to accommodate changes in characteristics of similar wearable devices.
