국문 초록

金融是现代经济的核心，银行业是现代经济的心脏。现代商业银行是在现代经济生活中利用先进科学技术开展资金融通、提供货币信用中介、创造流通手段、进行各种衍生金融交易并获取最大股本价值的金融企业，其竞争力的高低直接影响该国综合国力在世界经济体系中的竞争地位。随着我国金融改革的深入与全球经济一体化进程的加快，我国商业银行如何在新形势下抓住机遇、迎接挑战，影响我国综合竞争力水平。上市商业银行作为我国商业银行的代表，走在金融改革的最前沿。因而，客观研究并评估国内上市商业银行的市场竞争能力，同时揭示出合理有用的提高战略，将展现出极为重要的理论与实践意义。本文在研究国内外文献的基础上，对上市商业银行竞争力研究状况进行综述，确定了从城市商业银行、大型国有商业银行和股份制商业银行这三类不同产权去探讨商业银行的竞争水平。接下来，在参考了国内外相关探索成果的前提下，提出了一套合理且可实施的商业银行竞争能力评估策略。

영문 초록

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is on the premise of referring to the relevant domestic and foreign exploration results, a set of reasonable and feasible commercial bank competitiveness assessment strategy is proposed. Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on factor evaluation analysis objective research and evaluation of the domestic listed commercial banks market competitiveness, at the same time revealing reveal a reasonable and useful to improve the show is extremely important theoretical and practical significance. Findings - This paper studies on the basis of studying domestic and foreign literature, this paper summarizes the research status of competitiveness of listed commercial Banks, and determines to discuss the competition level of commercial Banks from three different property rights: city commercial Banks, large state-owned commercial Banks and joint-stock commercial Banks. Research Implications - In the management due to insufficient references and insufficient data collection, further adjustment and in-depth research are needed.
