3차 운형함수 모델을 이용한 공간구조 변화분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 부산을 대상으로 도시공간의 외연적 확산, 도시기능의 입지변화 등에 따라 나타난 도시공간구조의 변화 즉, 다핵화의 진행여부를 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 도시 내 인구·고용밀도, 평균지가의 자료를 이용하여 1991년과 2000년 두 년도를 비교분석하였다. 실증적 분석을 위한 분석모형은 3차 운형함수모델을 이용하였으며, 모델의 적용을 위한 분석축은 주요 간선도로축을 따라 도심-도심간, 도심-부도심간의 6개축을 설정하여 분석하였다.그 결과 분석지표별, 분석축 분석에서 인구밀도의 경우 부분적으로 도심정점의 위치가 외곽으로 이동하고 있으나, 외곽정점은 모든 분석축에서 나타나고 있지 않고 있다. 또한 도심정점의 규모와 외곽정점의 규모는 점차 감소하고 있으며, 외곽정점과 도심정점 사이 지역에서의 성장이 일어나는 분산화를 통한 다핵화가 진행되고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 반면 고용밀도와 지가의 경우 도심정점이 외곽으로 이동하는 현상은 나타나고 있지 않으며, 중심축에서의 첨두현상이 뚜렷이 유지되고 있었다. 따라서 부산의 도시화에 따른 공간구조는 단핵화 분산화 다핵화의 일반적인 변화형태를 유지하고 있으며, 현재 다핵화로 가기 위한 분산화가 진행되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Busan has already been extended for 16 times spatially through the extension of the urban space. So, the population and the scale of an employment are growing continuously. In these metropolitanization processes, activities of each city usually pass through re-adaptational processes by several factors. Finally, each city is accompanied with a lot of changes in the structure of the space and various urban problems.In this study, it is investigated that the structure of urban space in Busan is experiencing multi-cored phenomena, how multi-cored phenomena are gone, how much a regional differentiation of the function is proceeded by multi-cored phenomena, and that the changes are gone to efficient way. And I wish to supply the subject on way to the establishment of the policy of the space through this study.According to the analysis result, the changes of various form were appearing in 9 axises of analysis. Comparatively speaking, the density of population of the region where is at a short distance from center was high. A curved line of a density is gone from the form of two tops to the form of one top gradually. In other words, the top of outer block and the scale of the center are dwindling. And it means that the phenomenon of decentralization is gone to grow the area between center and the top of the outer block. A density of an employment and price of land are concentrated on downtown up to now, but the scale is decreasing. In this study, we can know that the structure of the space in Busan has been experiencing the phenomenon of decentralization from 1991 to 2000 for 10 years. And In the process of the phenomenon of decentralization, we can know that population, an employment, and price of land are different from time and space.
