창의적 문제해결력을 활용한 초등 시간관리 교육 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 창의적 문제해결력을 활용한 초등 시간관리 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 초등학생들의 합리적이고 현실성 있는 시간관리 능력을 기르도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 시간관리 교육 관련 문헌분석과 2015 개정 실과교육과정에 나타난 창의적 문제해결력 및 시간관리 영역에 대한 내용분석, 2015 개정 초등 5학년 검정 실과교과서 6종의 시간관리 교육내용을 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 창의적 문제해결력을 활용한 초등 시간관리 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 초등 시간관리 교육 프로그램 내용체계는 시간자원의 특성, 바른 시간관리 방법, 시간관리 시의 방해요소 등 3개의 시간관리 교육 영역으로 선정하여서 각 영역별로 핵심 개념, 일반화된 지식, 내용요소 등을 개발하였다. 각 영역별 내용타당도와 현장 적합성 여부는 관련교과 교수 및 강사를 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 프로그램 내용체계의 수정작업을 거쳐 창의적 문제해결력을 활용한 세 영역의 실천문제들을 제시하고 그 중에서 시간관리 시의 방해요소와 관련된 교수학습 계획안을 개발하였다. 향후의 시간관리 교육은 시간관리 계획을 실천할 때 발생되는 시간관리 방해요소들에 대한 창의적 문제해결력을 기를 수 있게 구성되어야 하며, 올바르고 합리적인 시간관리 능력을 정착시키기 위한 다양한 형태의 시간관리 체험기회를 학교현장에서 마련하여 실질적인 시간관리 교육의 변화가 이루어지도록 하며, 이러한 시간관리 교육 효과에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The Purpose of this study was to develop the elementary time management education program using creative problem solving method. Literature review of the problem solving method and the 2015 amendment of the elementary practical science curriculum was made. Then the content analysis of the time management area of the 6 verified 2015 amendment 5th grade practical science textbook was performed. The three core concepts, general knowledges, and learning contents for the elementary time management education program developed, then verified and revised by the suggestions collected by the survey results from professors. The three core concepts were the characteristics of the time as living resources, correct time management methods, and the inhibiters of the time management. The creative practical problem solving questions of the three time management area were developed, then the example of the teaching method of the inhibiters of the time management was presented The suggestions for further study was as follows. First, the elementary time management education program for adopting creative problem solving method should be applied for the methodological knowledge so as to their curriculum. Second, the time management education program should be developed for the lower grade students to make habit by training then continually. Third, various types of the time management education programs should be developed and observed the effectiveness of the education program and be supported by the administration.
