한국의 마그레브 연구 동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내의 마그레브 연구 현황을 통해 토대연구의 문제점과 향후 방향을 모색하기 위한 기초연구이다. 본고는 마그레브와 관련된 311편의 등재·등재후보지에 게재된 논문을 중심으로 ‘시기별 현황(372편)’, ‘분야별 현황’ 그리고 ‘주제별 현황’을 개괄적으로 살펴보았다. 그 결과 마그레브 5개국(모리타니, 모로코, 알제리, 튀니지, 리비아)에 관한 국내의 국가별, 분야별, 주제별 연구가 일부 국가와 일부 주제에 편중되어 있어 마그레브에 관한 국내의 토대연구 성찰이 절실하다. 특히 마그레브는 이슬람 문화권이지만, 아프리카 일부라는 점에서 국내 아랍(중동) 전공자들과 밀접히 연계되어 있음에도 ‘울타리식 연구’가 대부분이다. 따라서 마그레브 토대연구 활성화는 학제 간 연구가 우선되어야 하고, 이를 위한 제도적 뒷받침이 중요하다.

영문 초록

This is a basic study to explore the problems of the foundation study and the future direction through the recent research status on Maghreb in Korea. In this study, it was outlined ‘the status of each period’(372 theses), ‘the status of each area’, and ‘the status of each subject’ focused on the listed 311 theses in the journals registered and the registration candidates. As a result, the studies by nation, field, and subject in Korea regarding the five countries of Maghreb were concentrated in some countries and some topics, so it is necessary for the examination of a foundation study on Maghreb. In particular, although Maghreb is an Islamic culture, but most of them are limited research, even though it is closely linked to Arab (Middle East) majors in Korea since it is part of Africa. Therefore, an interdisciplinary research should be prioritized in order to activate the foundation study on Maghreb, and institutional support for this is also important.
