영문 초록

According to the tendency of the Korea-China financial structure rapid change, the necessity of investment bank between countries is increasing day by day. However, because of the entry barrier in the China’s financial market, it is difficult for Korea to advance. To overcome these institutional barriers to investment banks in China, compared with the investment bank’s competitive advantage is necessary to identify the elements. For example, the result of 50 Chinese securities companies investigated in 2007 said their investment bank was at a low level of development. And it is still behind Korea, so Korean investment banks have a good possibility of advancing to China’s financial market. In this regard, Korea investment banks must consider when advancing to China’s financial market from three angles. First of all, not only obtains the QFII qualification but also must promote the FTA financial services and BIT negotiation. Next, we must monitor institutional changes of China’s financial market. Finally, Korea investment banks seeking to find out the key elements of competitive advantage Compared with China.
