中国区域低碳物流竞争力评价及差异分析研究

국문 초록

저탄소물류는 저탄소경제발전과 지속발전의 중요한 구성요소의 하나로, 중국의 “일대일로(一帶一路)”전략과 국제물류경쟁력 향상에 중요한 시사점을 가진다. 본 연구는 2010-2014년의 통계자료에 근거하여 엔트로피 가중치-Topsis 모델을 활용하여 중국 30여개 성, 자치구 및 직할시에 대한 지역저탄물류 경쟁력에 대한 종합평가와 서열을 분석하고 이에 기반하여 30여개 성과 자치구 및 직할시를 중국의 동부, 중부, 서부 등 지역으로 군집분석을 진행하여 지역별 경쟁력 등급을 구분하고 Theil 계수를 활용하여 지역별 경쟁등급과 등급내 저탄소물류차이에 대한 분석을 진행하였다. 연구결과 중국의 지역별 저탄소물류 경쟁력은 “동부가 급상하고 중부가 강하며 서부가 평범하나 부분적으로 점프식의 급상”하는 형태를 나타내고 동일한 등급내에서도 차이가 현저하게 나타났다. 그리고 경쟁잠재력이 각 지역의 저탄소물류경쟁 능력향상에 중요한 요소임을 밝혔다. 연구결과에 근거하여 지역저탄소물류의 균형적인 발전과 향후의 물류정책과 발전방침을 제정하는데 시사점이 되는 발전방향과 실무적인 정책대안들을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Low carbon logistics is an important component of low-carbon economy and sustainable development. It has important significance to enhance the international competitiveness of the logistics and the implementation of China s The Belt and Road strategy. In this paper, based on the statistical data of 2010-2014, firstly, using entropy comprehensive evaluation -Topsis model in 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government to make competitiveness evaluation and ranking of regional low-carbon logistics; secondly, on the basis of the evaluation results, divides the competitiveness level by cluster analysis; and then using Theil coefficient to analyse the low carbon logistics competition differences between the levels of hierarchy and internal structure. Through these three analysis shows that the regional low carbon logistics in China has the development trend of Dong vigorous-Zhong strong- Xi stable and local jumping ; there are some differences between the levels of hierarchy and internal competition; competition potential is an important factor affecting the regional promotion of low-carbon logistics competition ability. Finally, based on the analysis results, this paper puts forward some pertinence, feasibility and operability suggestions to the development direction of the competitiveness of China s regional low-carbon logistics, aims to make regional low-carbon logistics to achieve steady improvement and balanced development.
