나라사랑교육의 활성화 방안

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 한반도를 둘러싼 국가안보의 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 대학생을 대상으로 한 나라사랑교육의 활성화 방안을 모색하는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 대학 군사학과 교육의 야전과 연계성을 어떻게 유지할 것인가에 대하여 장교들이 임관 후 경험하게 될 야전부대, 정책·연합부서에서 요구되는 잠재역량과 현재 민간대학에서 산·학연계 교육강화를 위해 시행하고 있는 여러 가지 프로그램을 근거로 하여 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 주요 전개내용은 첫째, 교육목적에 따른 야전과 연계된 인재상 확립이다. 군사교육기관은 정책부서와 협조하여 장기적인 계획하에 설문이나 용역을 통하여 야전에서 필요한 잠재역량이 무엇인지를 설정하고 학교에서 양성하는 인재상이 무엇인지를 명확하게 정의하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 교육과정의 개선이다. 일반대학 군사학과특성에 따른 인재를 키우기 위해서는 무엇보다 교육과정 개선이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 교육체계의 혁신이다. 정규사관학교는 현재 체계를 유지하되 3사관학교는 일정 기간 군사훈련을 통하여 기본적인 인성과 군사적인 재능을 평가한 후 일반대학 군사학과교육을 이후하여 장교로 임관하는 방법도 고려해 보아야 한다. 따라서, 민간대학 군사학과는 기존 교육방식에만 안주할 것이 아니라 국내의 변화뿐만 아니라 국제사회변화와 특히 군사관련 변화를 보고 실질적인 혁신이 필요하다. 이를 위해 먼저 민간대학 일반학과에서 활성화하고 있는 산·학연계를 위한 여러 가지 평가나 결과 등을 벤처마킹하면 우수한 장교를 배출할 수 있는 방안들을 찾아낼 수가 있을 것이며 장기적으로는 전투위주 교육훈련을 하고 있는 미국의 군사교육 일부분을 민간대학 군사학과에 접목시키는 방법도 강구되어야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore ways to revitalize love education for university students as the importance of national security surrounding the Korean Peninsula is emphasized recently. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, the potential capacity required by field units, policies, and federations departments to be experienced by officers after the commissioning of officers and officers, We will propose a development plan based on various programs that are being implemented for strengthening. The major developments of the study are as follows. Military educational institutions, in cooperation with the policy departments, set out the potential capacity needed in the field through questionnaires and services under long-term planning, and what are the talents to train in the school It is necessary to define clearly. Second, it is the improvement of the curriculum. It is necessary to improve the curriculum in order to raise talent according to the characteristics of the general university military science department. Third, innovation of education system. The regular military academy should maintain the current system, but the three municipal schools should evaluate the basic personality and military talents through military training for a certain period, and then consider the way of practicing military officer education after general university military education. Therefore, the civilian university s military science department is not limited to the existing education style but it needs real innovation as well as domestic change, especially international military change. For this purpose, venture-marking various evaluations and results for the linkage between industry and academia, which are active in the general department of civilian universities, will be able to find ways to produce excellent officers. In the long run, A part of the military education in the United States should be integrated into the civilian military science department.
