국문 초록

본 연구는 CSV 활동영역을 외부로 확대하여 이해관계자들이 적극적으로 공개와 참여, 공유, 협력의 관점으로 접근하여 CSV 실행의 범위와 속도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 최신 디지털기술 기반의 CSV 플랫폼 구현을 제안한다. 오늘날 대부분의 생산과 소비, 소통 활동은 ICT 오픈플랫폼에서 이루어지는 만큼, ICT 플랫폼은 그 전략적 의미와 가치에 비해 확산이 쉽지 않은 CSV 활동성과의 시너지를 내는 효과적인 도구와 수단이 될 수 있다. 이에 국내〮·외 유사활동 플랫폼 사례들을 찾고 분석하여 CSV 플랫폼에 필요한 기능들을 활동 프로세스 단계별로 제시하였다. 현재 국내·외 플랫폼들은 다양한 지원메뉴와 기능들을 제공하고 있지만 프로세스 관점에서 실제 CSV 활동을 디지털 공간에서 끊김없이 진행하도록 구현하지는 못해 아쉬움이 있다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 ICT 기반의 플랫폼을 통해 민간 및 공공조직은 CSV 비전과 전략, 실행로드맵, 성과지표 등을 수립하여 이를 외부 이해관계자들과 함께 소통하고 협력할 수 있는 디지털 플랫폼 공간에서 최신의 스마트 기능들을 통해 시공간의 제약으로 중단하는 일이 없이 지속적인 CSV 활동을 수행하고, 성과를 높여나갈 수 있다. 집단지성 기반의 아이디어 및 지식창출, 저장, 게시 기능, 다양한 소통활동 및 투표기능, 빅데이터 분석으로 이슈도출 및 토론 기능, 평가기능, 보고서 및 각종 탬플렛 제공 기능, 그리고 학습콘텐츠 도출 및 게시, 운영기능 등을 통해 CSV 활동 생태계를 활성화시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 플랫폼은 운영을 통해 보완, 발전시켜 나갈 수 있다. 향후 실무적 관점에서 CSV 활동을 실천할 수 있는 다양한 연구들이 수행되어 경제적 가치와 사회적 가치를 함께 창출해나가며, 기업의 지속가능 경영활동이 새로운 국면으로 발전되기 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study proposes the utilization of the latest digital technology-based CSV platform as a way to speed up the scope and speed of CSV implementation by expanding the scope of the CSV activity to the outside of an organization and allowing stakeholders to actively approach it from the perspective of disclosure, participation, sharing, and cooperation. Today as most production, consumption, and communication activities take place on ICT open platforms, the ICT platform can be an effective tool and means to create synergy with CSV activity that is not easy to proliferate in regards to its strategic meaning and value. Accordingly, domestic and foreign similar activity platform cases were found and analyzed, and the functions required for the CSV platform were presented for each step of the activity process. Currently, domestic and foreign platforms provide a variety of support functions, however its implementation does not suffice to be seamlessly performed in the digital space. Through the ICT-based platform proposed in this study, private and public organizations can establish CSV vision, strategy, execution roadmap, and performance indicators to seamlessly communicate with external stakeholders in the digital platform space with the latest smart function to ensure continuous CSV activities and improve performance without interruption due to space-time constraints. CSV ecosystem can be further activated through collective intelligence based idea & knowledge creation, storage, posting functions, various communication & voting functions, issue derivation & discussion functions through big data analysis, evaluation function, report & various template provision functions, learning contents derivation & publication, and operation functions. It is crucial that many researches are done to support strategic CSV activities via various methodologies in order to create both economic and social value that enable sustainable business activities.
