국문 초록

국내 중소기업은 국가 산업에서 차지하는 중요성에도 불구하고, 대부분의 중소기업은 아직 충분한 경쟁력을 갖추지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 오늘날 기업의 경쟁력은 개별 기업의 경쟁력뿐만 아니라, 기업 활동이 영위되는 기업 생태계의 경쟁력이 더 중요하게 작용하고 있다. 이에 따라 기업 간 협력의 필요성이 커지고 있지만, 협력관계를 구축하고 촉진하는 제도적 기반은 여전히 미흡하고 성과 또한 기대에 미치지 못하고 있다는 평가를 받고 있다. 공유 경제는 오늘날 중소기업이 직면한 다양한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안 중 하나로 간주 될 수 있다. 기업 간 공유 경제는 기업이 소유한 유휴 자원을 타 기업에게 빌려주거나(공유하거나), 개별 기업이 타 기업과 공동 투자를 통해 유휴 상태가 될 것으로 예상되는 자원을 공동 소유(사용)하는 것으로, 개별 기업의 제품 개발, 업무 프로세스 혁신 등에 소요되는 비용을 절감시키고, 신규 시장 진출 및 기술에 접근할 수 있는 기회를 제공하며, 고객 만족 제고 및 조직 운영 개선과 같은 다양한 성과를 창출 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 문헌고찰을 바탕으로 기업 간 공유경제 모델의 개념과 적용 사례를 검토하고, 이를 토대로 기업 간 공유경제 모델의 성공적인 도입 및 정착을 위한 시사점을 도출하여 국내 중소기업의 경쟁력을 제고 할 수 있는 전략적인 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Despite the importance of domestic SMEs in the national industry, most small and medium-sized firms are not yet competitive enough. Today, the competitiveness of firms is more important than the competitiveness of individual enterprises, as well as the competitiveness of the corporate ecosystem in which their activities are carried out. As a result, the need for collaboration between firms is growing, but the institutional foundation for building and promoting cooperative relations remains insufficient and performance is also assessed to be not up to expectations. A shared economy can be regarded as one of the ways to solve various problems facing SMEs today. A shared economy between companies can provide (share) idle resources owned by an entity to other companies or jointly own (use) resources that are expected to be idle by individual firms through joint investments with others, reduce the costs of developing individual firms products or innovating their work processes, give them access to new markets and technologies, and create various effects such as increasing customer satisfaction and improving organizational operations. Therefore, this study will review the concepts and application cases of the shared economy model among enterprises based on literature review and, based on this, draw up implications for the successful introduction and settlement of the shared economy model among firms, and present strategic direction to enhance the competitiveness of domestic small and medium firms.
