무용/동작심리치료가 위기가정 청소년의 문제행동 감소와 면역세포 변화에 미치는 영향 : 가족치료사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 학교의 부적응에 영향을 주는 문제 행동의 촉발원인이 가족 내에서 일어난 감정적 경험들과 긴장 상태, 부모의 방임과 부정적 분노 표출로 인한 환경적 사건들에서 기인했음에 초점을 두고 진행한 가족치료 현장사례연구이다. 참여자들은 위기가정 사례관리 대상으로 공격성과 충동적 행동으로 학교 부적응을 보이는 3명의 초등학생이며 이들은 같은 가족 구성원이다. 이미 가족 중 세 명이 도벽으로 인한 보호 관찰대상 청소년과 학업중단의 청소년으로 분류돼 있고, 학교 부적응으로 장애진단을 받았으며 미취학 아동인 3명의 자녀 또한 위험에 심각히 노출된 상태였다. 이에 치료와 예방을 위한 필요성이 요구되어 학교 재학생인 가족을 대상으로 무용/동작심리치료를 제공하였다. 참여자들은 주 1회 2시간씩 15회기의 무용/동작심리치료프로그램을 학교 방과 후에 경험하고 내담자들의 일상인 가정으로 연결하여 문제 행동의 변화가 가족 내 역동에 기여하길 기대하였다. 참여자들의 참여 태도와 행동의 변화를 단계별로 관찰 분석하여 정리하였으며 무용/동작심리치료가 신체 움직임과 내담자들의 면역력에 미치는 영향을 혈액분석을 통해 검증하였다. 참여자들은 초기의 급하고 충동적인 행동 에너지와 불수적인 언어적 간섭과 같은 즉흥적인 행동이 규칙적이며 정적인 균형감을 지속하는데 변화를 보였다. 사회적 거리의 무너짐, 경계성이 약한 특징은 그들의 언어적 표현을 통한 감정의 이해와 서로의 친밀감을 표현하는등 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 사전 혈액분석은 또래에 비해 다소 낮은 면역력을 가지고 있었으나 사후 면역세포분석에는 다소 향상된 수치를 나타냈다.

영문 초록

This study focuses on the fact that the triggers of problem behaviors affecting school maladjustment were caused by emotional experiences and tensions in the family, environmental events resulting from parental neglect and negative anger expression. This study was a treatment case study. Participants were three elementary school students who were maladjusted due to aggression and impulsive behavior for crisis family case management. They were members of the same family. Three families were classified as probationary adolescents due to theft and students who were discontinued from school. Therefore, the necessity for treatment and prevention was required, and DMT was provided to three family members. The participants experienced 15 sessions of DMT program twice a week, after school, and connected to the client s daily family to expect changes in problem behavior to contribute to family dynamics. The participants participation attitudes and behavioral changes were summarized by observation and analysis. The effects of DMT on the clients physical movement and immunity were verified by blood analysis. The participants changed their initial improvisational behavioral energy and involuntary verbal interference such as involuntary verbal interference to maintain a regular and static balance. The collapse of social distance and weak borderline showed positive changes such as understanding of feelings through their verbal expressions and expressing intimacy with each other. The preliminary blood analysis had a somewhat lower immunity than the peers, but the post-immune cell analysis showed a slightly improved level.
