국문 초록

본 연구는 생활체육활동을 통한 경찰공무원의 자기효능감 제고와 근무태도에 대한 실증연구와 더불어 향상방안에 대해 정책적 시사점을제시하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 지금까지 경찰공무원의 생활체육활동등에 대한 연구가 미진하였으며, 특수 직렬이나 직군 소속 공무원에대해서는 더욱 그러하다. 경찰공무원은 현장에서 국민들과 상호작용하면서 수많은 의사결정을 경험하며, 환경에 보다 더 적응적이기 때문에스트레스 상황이 많아진다. 따라서, 경찰업무에서도 예민하지 않고 차분하며 불만족으로부터 자신을 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는 능력이 필요하기 때문 경찰의 생활체육활동이 중요하다. 분석결과 내외적 근무태도에 있어서 생활체육활동과 자기효능감이 영향관계가 높은 것으로나타났다. 이러한 연구를 통해 경찰복지환경에 관한 이론적 일반화에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study aims to present the policy implications of the study for Improvement in working with empirical research on attitudes and self-efficacy enhancing the lives of police officers through physical activity. Police officials and citizens interact with and experience a lot of decisions in the field, this is stress, because a lot more jeokyigi adapt to the environment. The results showed that lifestyle physical activity self-efficacy and a high impact in relation to the internal and external working attitude. Through these studies it is expected to contribute to well-being theoretical generalization about the police environment.
