유머감각이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향과 일터학습의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교육훈련담당자의 유머감각이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 나아가 유머감각과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 일터학습의 매개효과를 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내 공공기관 및 민간기업 교육훈련담당자를 대상으로 2019년 08월 03일부터 08월 10일까지 1주간 온라인, 오프라인 설문을 실시하였다. 설문에는 총 412명이 응답했으며, 불성실 응답을 제외한 최종 373부의 응답 내용을 바탕으로 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 교육훈련담당자의 유머감각은 조직시민행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유머감각과 조직시민행동의 관계에서 일터학습은 매개효과가 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교육훈련담당자의 조직시민행동을 강화하는데 교육훈련담당자의 유머감각과 일터학습이 중요한 역할을 수행하며, 유머감각 발휘와 일터학습의 활성화를 위한 조직문화 조성이 중요하다는 이론적, 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of an education training manager s sense of humor on organizational behavior. Furthermore, the mediating effect of workplace learning in the relationship between sense of humor and organizational behavior is examined. In order to verify the study, online and offline questionnaires were conducted from August 03 to August 10, 2019 for the employees of Korean public institutions and private companies. A total of 412 people responded to the questionnaire, and the analysis was conducted based on the final 373 responses after disregarding replies deemed unacceptable. As a result of the analysis, first, the sense of humor of education training managers had a positive effect on organizational behavior. Second, workplace learning had a mediating effect on the relationship between the sense of humor and the sense of organizational belonging. Based on the research results, the education training manager s sense of humor and workplace learning perform an important role in reinforcing the organizational morale, and suggest theoretical and practical implications of the importance of a sense of humor and the formation of organizational culture for revitalizing workplace learning.
