홀리스틱 학교무용교육을 위한 교사수준 교육과정의 근거이론 패러다임 모형 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 초·중·고등학교에서 2015 개정 교육과정의 적용과 홀리스틱 학교무용교육의 실천을 위해 교사수준 교육과정의 개발, 실행과정에 관여되는 현상과 조건의 관계를 탐색하고 패러다임 모형을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. Goets & LeCompte(1984)가 제시한 준거적 선택방법 중 세평적 사례선택(reputational case selection)과 이상적 사례선택(ideal case selection)을 통해 초등학교와 중등학교의 체육교사 및 무용강사로 구성된 학교무용 교육자 24명을 연구 참여자로 선정하고 개별심층면담과 핵심집단면담을 수행하였다. 수집된 자료는 근거이론 패러다임 모형(Strauss, 1987)을 기반으로 중심현상(focal phenomena), 인과적 조건(causal conditions), 맥락적 조건(attributes of the context), 중재적 조건(intervening conditions), 작용/상호작용 전략(action and interactional strategies), 결과(consequences)를 구분하였다. 그 결과 현장에서 실천되고 있는 교사수준 학교무용교육과정의 유형은 스포츠표현 중심의 교육내용, 창작 중심의 교육방법, 수행평가의 전면시행과 과정 중심의 평가로 구분되었다. 이상의 결과를 기반으로 홀리스틱 학교무용교육의 실천을 위한 신체표현역량의 적용 및 교수학습전략, 과정중심평가방법의 고안이 요청된다.

영문 초록

Prior to the application of the 2015 revised curriculum to elementary, middle and high schools, the purpose of this study was to reveal the relationships of various phenomena related to the development and implementation of teacher-level curricula by teachers, physical education teachers, and art instructors who teach areas of expression in order to realize competency-based curriculum. Twenty-four researchers who are qualified for research purposes with expertise were selected and in-depth interview were conducted as instructors who were able to guide expressive areas through detailed case selection and ideally case selection among the quasi-subject selection methods presented by Goets & LeCompte (1984). Based on the evidence theory paradigm model in Strauss (1987), the results are based on causal conditions, attribute of the context, intervention and interaction strategies. In addition, the types of teaching courses in teacher-level expression areas were divided into education content centered on sports expression, education methods centered on creativity, full-scale implementation of performance evaluations and process-oriented evaluations.
