국문 초록

이 연구는 프로젝트수업 적용이 초등학생들의 학습몰입과 학습흥미에 미치는 영향에 대하여 진행하였다. 인천광역시 소재 K초등학교 6학년 2개 학급 59명을 연구대상으로 선정하였으며, 프로젝트학습을 적용한 수업을 독립변인으로 학생들의 학습몰입과 학습흥미를 종속변인으로 설정하는 사전, 사후 검사의 실험설계를 하였다. 이 연구의 프로젝트수업 차시는 12차시(3주간)이고, 수업시간은 40분으로 하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 프로젝트수업 적용 후 실험집단은 학습몰입의 하위 요인인 과제와 능력의 균형, 분명한 목표, 자기목적적 경험, 시간개념의 왜곡, 자의식 상실의 항목 중 과제와 능력의 균형(p<.05), 분명한 목표(p<.01), 자기목적적 경험(p<.05)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 프로젝트수업 적용 후 실험집단은 학습흥미의 하위 요인인 주의집중, 관련성, 자신감, 만족감 항목 중 주의집중(p<.05), 자신감(p<.01), 만족감(p<.05)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때 프로젝트수업이 학생들의 학습몰입 및 학습흥미를 향상시키는 데 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study is about how the application of project class affects the learning flow and learning interest of elementary school students. The subjects of this study were 59 students from 2 classes in 6th grade K elementary school in Incheon, where project class experience or prior education was not conducted. The following conclusions were drawn. First, after applying the project class, the experimental group had a balance of tasks and abilities, which are sub-factors of learning commitment, clear goals, self-experienced experience, distortion of time concept, and loss of self-consciousness (p<.05)., Significant goals (p<.01), and self-purpose experiences (p<.05). However, the traditional post-class comparison group showed no significant difference in terms of task and ability balance, clear goals, self-purpose experience, distorted time concept, and loss of self-consciousness. Second, after applying the project class, the experimental group was focused on attention concentration, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction among sub-factors of learning interest (p<.05), confidence (p<.01), and satisfaction (p<.05).There was a significant difference. However, the traditional group did not show any significant difference in attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction in the sub-factors of learning interest.In conclusion, the project class had a positive effect on improving students’ learning commitment and learning interest.
