국문 초록

이 논문의 연구목적은「성학집요」에서 프레임ㆍ시퀀스ㆍ스킬의 범주를 적용하여 ‘정가’ 관계리더십을 구체적으로 추론하는 것이 목적이다. 추론된 내용은 간략히 다음과 같다. ‘정가’에서의 프레임은 가정을 다스리는 일은 ‘효’가 무엇보다 먼저이며, 다음은‘아내를 바르게 하는(貞)’데 있다. 그리고 좋은 친구 사귐과 가깝게 지내야 할 사람들과 친밀하게 지내는 것을 가르친다. ‘정가’에서의 시퀀스는 ‘효’→ ‘제(弟)’, ‘효’→ ‘자(慈)’의 순이다. ‘효’는 ‘입신’→ ‘행도’→ ‘사친’→ ‘사군’→ ‘양명’으로 완성된다. ‘거친(粗) 효’→ ‘정밀한(精) 효’의 순서가 적절하다. 가정을 다스리는 순서는 ‘형내→ 교자→ 친친’이다. ‘남을 사랑하는 순서’는 ‘부모→ 형제→ 친척→ 국민→ 만물’이다. ‘정가’에서의 스킬들로는 ‘보신’ㆍ‘순종’ㆍ‘인애’ㆍ‘양지’ㆍ‘간언’ㆍ‘불욕’ㆍ‘시봉’ㆍ‘양명’ㆍ‘영친’ㆍ ‘봉사’의 ‘효’뿐만 아니라 행동적 관계스킬인 ‘예’, 정서적 관계스킬인 ‘인’, 지적 관계스킬인 ‘의’가 있다. 특히 친밀한 사람에게는 의지적 관계스킬인 ‘혜(惠)’를 사용한다.

영문 초록

This paper s aim is to deduce the relational leadership of ‘making the family right(正家)’ by coding and analyzing the original materials, namely 「Seonghakjibyo(聖學輯要)」. And the author applied three categories of the frame, sequence, and skill in coding. The inferred contents are briefly as follows. In the frame of ‘making the family right’, taking care of the family is first of all, ‘filial piety(孝)’ is the first, and the next is ‘the wife is correct(貞)’. The sequence in ‘making the family right’ is the order of ‘filial piety’ → ‘serving the elderly(弟)’, ‘filial piety’ → ‘looking around gently(慈)’. ‘Filial piety’ is completed in the order of ‘setting up the body(立身)’ → ‘to practice the truth by building the body(行道)’ → ‘serving parents(事親)’ → ‘being loyal to the nation(事君)’ → ‘to make your parents shine by being known the name to the world(揚名)’. The sequence ‘rough filial piety(粗)’ → ‘accurate filial piety(精)’ is so appropriate. The sequence to rule the family is ‘showing an example to the wife(刑內)’ → ‘educating children(敎子)’ → ‘loving others(親親)’. The sequence to love people is ‘parent’ → ‘brother’ → ‘relative’ → ‘nation’ → ‘all things’. The skills in ‘making the family right’ include not only specific skills of filial piety such as ‘protecting the body(保身)’ but also ‘the manner(禮)’ as ‘behavioral relational skill’, ‘the charity(仁)’ as emotional one and ‘the rightousness(義)’ as intellectual one. Especially the skill of ‘being rightousness’ is applied to the intimate people nearby.
