대학생의 창업교육 인식에 관한 연구

국문 초록

우리나라 상경계열 대학생의 창업교육에 대한 인식을 조사하여 문제점에 대한 해결방안을 제시하는 것이다. 즉 창업교육에 대한 문제점을 파악하여 해결방안을 제시함으로서 보다 창업을 활성화 시킬 수 있는 방안을 조사하였 다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 창업교육 특성은 대학의 창업교육은 새로운 아이디어를 내는데 도움이 되었다가 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 창업교육은 경험이나 지식을 통해 새로운 용어나 개념을 만들어 내는데 도움이 되었다와 창업교육은 자신의 생각과 전혀 관련 없는 분야나 현상에서 발견한 것을 자신의 분야에 적용하는데 도움이 되었다. 그리고 창업교육은 자신의 성취 정도를 평가하는 기준을 설정하 는데 도움이 되었다와 창업교육은 자신의 도전적 목표를 세우는데 도움이 되었다. 그리고 창업교육은 복합적 상황이나 문제를 설명하기 위해 모델이나 이론을 구축하는데 도움이 되었다 순으로 창업교육 특성을 나타내었다. 이밖에 창업교육은 자신이 주변 사람들과 친밀하고 개인적인 우정을 나누는데 도움이 되었다와 자신의 인적 네트워킹 구축에 도움이 되었다로 가장 낮게 나타나 인적 네트워킹을 구축하여 주변사람들과의 소통과 교류를 통해 창업을 준비하고 활성화 하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 방안이 가장 시급히 요구되고 있음이 드러났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of entrepreneurship of university students in Korea. In other words, by examining the problems of founding and suggesting solutions, we investigated ways to activate more. Surveys were conducted to achieve these research objectives. The results of the analysis are as follows. The characteristic of entrepreneurship education was that university s entrepreneurship education helped to bring out new ideas, and next, entrepreneurship education helped to create new terms and concepts through experience and knowledge. And entrepreneurship education have helped to apply what they have found in fields or phenomena that are not related to their own ideas to their own fields. And entrepreneurship education has helped to build models or theories to explain complex situations or problems. The results of this study are as follows. In addition, entrepreneurship education has helped him to share intimate and personal friendships with people around him. And helped him build his own network. It is revealed that the most urgent need is to provide human networking to help people prepare and activate their business through communication and exchanges with people around them
