국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 중국 외국인노동자 자녀들의 자기표현과 관계 맺기를 위한 무용/동작치료 프로그램의 효과성을 알아보기 위함이다. 외국인 노동자 자녀들은 한국사회에 대한 적응문제 어려움과 한국어에 능숙하지 못해 자기표현에 대한 어려움과 대인관계에 대한 두려움을 겪게 된다. 특히 중국 외국인 노동자는 우리나라 외국인 노동자 중에서 가장 많은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 그러므로 중국 외국인 노동자 자녀를 위한 자기표현과 긍정적 또래관계를 맺을 수 있는 무용/동작치료 프로그램의 필요성이 요구된다. 연구대상은 구로구에 위치한 중국이주민 자녀 대상의 어린이마을 7세 아동이며 32회기의 무용/동작치료 프로그램을 진행했다. 본 연구는 사례연구 방법으로 자료를 수집하였다. 치료과정에서나타난 변화를 분석하기 위해 Laban Movement Analysis를 사용했으며 전문가 2인의 자문을 받아 분석하였다. 또한 기관 평가를 실시하여 효과성 검증을 진행하였다. 연구 결과 동작 분석을 통해 움직임의 질이 변화됨을 통해 움직임의 균형이 이루어짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 기관의 평가를 통해 자기표현과 관계 맺기가 향상되었음을 볼 수 있었다. 즉 무용/동작치료가 중국 외국인 노동자 자녀들의 자기표현과 관계 맺기에 유의미한 변화가 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of the Dance /Movement Therapy program to relate to the self-expression of the children of Chinese foreign workers. Children of foreign workers face difficulties in adapting to the Korean society and poor proficiency in Korean, which leads to difficulties in self-expression and fear of interpersonal relationships. In particular, Chinese foreign workers account for the largest percentage of the nation’s foreign workers. Therefore, there is a need for a program to improve self-expression and positive peer relations for Chinese children of foreign workers. The research target is a seven-year-old child attending a children’s village for children of Chinese residents located in Guro-gu and 32 Dance Movement Therapy programs were conducted. This study collected data by case study method. Laban Movement Analysis was used to analyze changes in the therapy process and was consulted by two experts to analyze the movement. In addition, the effectiveness verification was carried out by the agency’s assessment. Studies have shown that motion was balanced by changing the quality of movement through behavioral analysis. In addition, the agency’s assessment showed improvements in self-expression and relationships. In other words, it was shown that there was a significant effects of the Dance/Movement Therapy on the self-expression of the children of foreign workers from China.
