사회적 놀이의 단계별 특징을 고려한 무용/동작치료가 발달장애아동의 사회성 변화에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 사회적 놀이의 단계별 특징을 고려한 무용/동작치료가 발달장애 아동의 사회성 향상에 미치는 효과를 관찰하고 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 사회적 놀이 단계의 1~3단계는 비사회적인 놀이, 4단계는 제한된 사회적 놀이, 5~6단계는 진정한 사회적 놀이로 구성되었다. 연구대상은 다운증후군 6살(여), 자폐성 장애 6살, 8살(남), 지적장애 8살(남) 총 4명의 발달장애를 가진 아동이며 주 1회 50분씩 총 30회기 무용/동작치료가 진행되었다. 무용/동작치료의 효과 검증은 자기통제력 척도(SCRS)와 상호작용적 또래 놀이 척도(PIPPS) 내용을 수정 보완하여 사용하였으며 자기통제력 점수와 또래 상호작용 점수를 회기별로 산출해 초기, 중기, 후기로 나누어 두 가지 영역의 점수 변화를 알아봤다. 연구결과는 사회적 놀이의 단계별 특징을 고려한 무용/동작치료가 발달장애 아동의 자기통제력 증가와 또래 상호작용의 증가에 효과가 있음을 증명하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of dance therapy on the increase of social maturity and the reduction of autism symptoms in infant with autism spectrum disorder(ASD). The subject was autism spectrum infant(3 years old) and the treatment was conducted once a week for a total of 110 times using mirroring technique. In order to verify the effectiveness of dance therapy, social maturity test(SMS) and childhood autism rating scale(CARS) were compared before and after the test. As a result, we found the increase of social maturity and the decrease of autism symptoms. The results of this study demonstrate that dance therapy is effective in reducing the social maturity and autism of children with autism spectrum disorders, and that dance/movement therapy can actively intervene in children with autism spectrum disorders. However, since this study is a single treatment case, many more cases are required to generalize the result. Therefore, there is a limit to the verification of the statistical effect of this case.
