국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 귀촌거주자의 귀촌만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 연구결과는 귀촌을 희망하는 사람들이 귀촌 의사결정을 지원하는 중요한 정보를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다. 연구방법은 문헌조사를 통하여 도시민이 농촌으로 거주지를 이전하는 주된 요인을 농촌흡입요인을 중심으로 도출하고, 도출된 요인들이 거주만족에 미치는 영향력을 실증분석을 통하여 규명하였다. 분석결과는 자연환경요인은 귀촌거주자의 자연환경만족, 건강만족, 생활만족에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 주택요인은 건강만족과 생활만족에 영향을 미치고, 경제요인은 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 농촌흡입요인들의 영향력의 차이를 확인하였다. 또한 자연환경요인과 주택요인 그리고 건강만족과 생활만족은 귀촌 거주자의 전반적인 삶의 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 자연환경은 건강만족에 영향을 미쳐 귀촌거주자의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify influencers on the satisfaction of people returning to the farming village in order to provide important supportive information for people wanting to return to the farming village in making its relevant decision. Results of analysis showed that the natural environment had a significant effect on the natural environment, health and living satisfaction of people return to the farming village. And it was found that the housing factor had an effect on health and living satisfaction and that the economic factor had an effect on living satisfaction which indicates that there was a difference in influence between the absorbent factors of the farming village. It was found that the natural environment of the farming village was the core factor motivating people to return to the farming village as it was found to be promote their health and improve their living quality. And the housing factor is the factor that does not only enhance their health and living satisfaction but also improve their quality of life. And the economic factor is an important factor in leading a financially abundant life. It was found that their residential satisfaction was a core factor in leading a life of well-being, their ultimate purpose of returning to the farming village. It is important in leading a healthy and financially abundant life, their ultimate purpose of returning to the farming village. And it is a result of interaction between the natural environment, housing and economic factors.
