영문 초록

Many terms are used to describe the concept of healths promotion or disease prevention. In 1960, Dunn first applied the term Wellness, referring to the process of adapting patterns of behavior that lead to improved health and heightened life satisfaction. Installing wellness programs at the worksite involves not only the setting in which a wellness programs is delivered but also employer`s active sponsorship of the wellness program Health promotion is another term commonly used in reference to worksite wellness program. Implementation, the plans developed in the initial stages are activated. Implementation addresses the preliminary operational needs, such as hiring and orienting staff, setting up program schedules, and launching a marketing campaign. The system of feedback loops depicted in the model emphasizes the fact that development, implementation, and evaluation are on going activities in the evolution of an employee health promotion program.
