영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to define situation, problem and to improve woman elite sports in the future. The methods of this study was analyzed by statistics materials in olympic games and scientific literature review. The results were as follow: 1) The problem of elite sports in women. (1) The lack of number of women elite sports players. (2) The lack of women elite sports in university level. (3) The lack of sports facility for women sports. (4) The lack of women sports Associations. (5) The problem of professional job oppertunities for women elite sport players. 2) The direction of improvement for women elite sport player. (1) The improvement of atheletic performance and stratergy for women elite sport player. (2) The improvement of scientific teaching methods of sports for women elite sport players. (3) The improvement of professional attitude as an women elite sport player.
