영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of housing choice and residential mobility according to the change of health status in elderly and semi - elderly people on the extension of life cycle. The results of this study are as follows. First, we investigate how the choice of residential for the elderly and future elderly people changes according to the change of health status. Elderly people are very likely to continue to live in their current homes when they are in good health. Therefore, it is necessary to check the residential environment so that elderly people can live in familiar and familiarareas, and to help them to reside and improve their residential satisfaction. while the elderly now prefer residential facilities for treatment purposes, the Semi-elderly people are seeking to move to housing that benefits the residential life. Because the elderly and semi-elderly people has different opinions of residential movements, customized Residential conditions should be prepared accordingly.
