국문 초록

이 연구는 계획된 행동이론을 적용하여 예비퇴직 교직원들의 퇴직기대 및 퇴직준비를 탐색하는 데 있다. 연구문제는 첫째, 교직원들의 개인배경 특성에 따른 퇴직기대 및 퇴직준비계획은 퇴직행동의도 예측에 어떠한 관계가 있는가? 둘째, 교직원들의 퇴직행동의도에 영향을 미치는 변수는 무엇이며, 변수들 간의 상대적 영향력은 어떠한가? 이다. 연구대상은 40세 이상으로 학교에 재직 중인 교직원 482명으로 하였다. 분석방법은 기술통계량, 상관관계, 분산팽창계수(VIF)를 구하고, 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하며, 단계적 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 교직원들의 퇴직기대 및 퇴직준비계획이 퇴직행동의도 예측에 각각 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 퇴직행동의도에 미치는 영향은 퇴직준비계획에 대한 태도가 긍정적일수록, 지각된 행동통제가 높을수록, 주관적 규범이 높을수록 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 교직원들이 퇴직준비를 위하여 사전에 은퇴에 대한 기대와 계획된 행동에 따라 퇴직준비를 적극적으로 참여해야 할 필요성 제기를 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the retirement expectation and retirement preparation of pre-retirement school staffs by applying the planned behavior theory. The research questions are as follows: First, what is the relationship between retirement expectancy or retirement preparation plan and retirement behavioral intention prediction accordiong to personal situations of school staffs? Second, what are the variables that affect the retirement intentions of the school staff and what are the relative influences of each variables? The study object were 482 school staffs who over 40 years old. The analytical method is first, to obtain the descriptive statistics, correlation, variance inflation factor(VIF), second to verify the reliability and validity. and third, to use stepwise regression analysis. The result of this study are as follows: First, retirement expectations and retirement preparation plan of school staff are significant effect on retirement behavioral intention prediction. Second, the more positive the attitude according to the retirement preparation plan, the higher the effect on retirement behavior intention. The greater the perceived behavioral control and the subjective norm, the higher the effect on retirement behavior intention. These result suggest that school staffs should actively prepare for retirement in accordance with expectation and planned behavior about retirement.
