영문 초록

As small and middle size buildings have been increased, an existing cleaning service rarely fitted into the owners and tenants’ needs in an efficient way. In order to meet their needs, this study proposed ‘Rotating Cleaning Service Model and explored its service quality factors by using IPA(importance-performance analysis). A sample of 235 owners and tenants from 53 buildings was collected and then surveyed to make a conceptual service model. In result, 15 factors of service dimensions were developed through IPA and also 4 factors of service price, cleaning service manual, well-trained cleaners, and sanitary certifications were proved as essential considerations to manage this service for the customers.
