국문 초록

본 논문은 한국거래소에 상장된『소재부품기업법』상 소재부품 범위에 속한 산업의 기업을 소재부품기업과 비소재부품기업으로 구분하여 판매관리비로 인식된 지식자원비용과 기업성과 간 관련성이 어떠한지 실증 분석하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과를 요약하면, 소재부품기업의 경우, 수익성 개선을 위해서는 임직원의 교육 훈련과 공정개선 및 원가절감을 위한 지속적인 연구개발이 요구되며, 매출 성장과 기업가치 향상을 위해서는 연구개발뿐만 아니라 광고선전이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 반면에 비소재부품기업의 경우, 기업가치 및 매출 성장을 위해서 지속적인 연구개발을 통한 신제품 개발과 공정, 원가개선이 요구되며, 특히, 수익성 향상을 위해서는 임직원의 교육훈련과 기업 이미지 및 제품에 대한 광고선전이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문의 공헌점은『소재부품기업법』상 소재부품 범위에 속한 산업의 기업을 소재부품기업과 비소재부품기업으로 구분하여 지식자원비용과 기업성과 간 관련성을 분석한 점과 기업이 속한 산업에 따라 회계정보가 다름을 제시하므로 산업별 회계정보의 중요성과 유용성을 강조하였다는 데의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This paper examines the relationship between knowledge resource expenses and firm performance recognized as SG&A expenses by dividing the Companies in industries within the scope of material parts in the Material Parts Industry Law into material parts companies and non-material parts companies listed on the Korea Exchange. The results of this study are summarized as follows: In the case of material parts companies, in order to improve profitability, training of employees and continuous research and development is required for process improvement and cost reduction. in order to increase sales and improve enterprise value, it is necessary to advertise not only research and development. On the other hand, in the case of non-material parts companies, it is required to develop new products, improve process and cost by continuously researching and developing for enterprise value and sales growth. Especially, in order to improve profitability, It seems that publicity is necessary. The contribution of this paper is to analyze the relationship between knowledge resource expenses and firm performance by dividing the Companies in industries within the scope of material parts in the Material Parts Industry Law into material parts companies and non-material parts companies, This is significant because it emphasizes the importance and usefulness of accounting information for each industry.
