영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop new indicators that can be employed to evaluate the management of many public dispute cases in the locations of Unwanted Land Use Facilities(e.g. crematory and waste facilities). For this purpose, we choice two cases, Suwon and Cheongju crematories, because they were evaluated as a successful conflict management in the literature. In a study, we developed five indicators - effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, relationship, stability, and rationality. According these indices, they were not met by the indicators suggested. This paper indicates that successful public dispute management may not focus solely on its final outcome but on both its process and final outcome.
