영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to enhance the quality of rescue services by seeking an appropriate model for measuring service satisfaction of fire protection service and by analyzing factors that affect service satisfaction. To this end, a resident survey was carried out and the findings are as follows. On the result of this study, promptness is the factor which both affects satisfaction and dissatisfaction and it is needed to enhance the satisfaction while lowering the dissatisfaction. Convenience was significant on the continuous and discontinuous-satisfaction factor, so maximizing the satisfaction is important. On the other hand, the preference is the factor which is affected by the discontinuous-dissatisfaction. In this case, it is imperative to draw up a strategy to lower dissatisfaction.
