국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 또래애착과 다문화수용성의 관계에서 자아존중감과 자아탄력성이 매개효과를 보이는지 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상자는 한국청소년정책연구원이 수집한 한국아동·청소년 패널조사(KCYPS)로 초1-중1의 7차년도 2001명의 데이터를 사용하였다. 사용된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 청소년의 또래애착이 다문화수용성에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있었고 자아존중감과 자아탄력성을 매개하여 다문화수용성에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 청소년의 또래애착이 자아존중감과 자아탄력 성은 물론이고 다문화수용성을 함양하는데 도움이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 청소년을 대상으로 하는 수업 속에서 또래애착이 형성되어 자아존중감과 자아탄력성을 증진시키는데 실천적인 기초자료로 활용될 수 있는 방안을 다문화수용성 함양 측면에서 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate the mediated effect of self-esteem and ego-resilience on the relationship between peer attachment and the multicultural acceptance of the youth. The subjects of the study were 2001 students from the 1st grade class of the elementary school to the 1st grade of middle school. The data used for this study were collected from the subjects by the National Youth Policy Institute from KCYPS (Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey) in the 7th year. This study analyzed a structural equation with SPSS21.0 Program and AMOS 21.0 Program. As a result, the youth s peer attachment had a direct influence on multicultural acceptance and had an indirect influence on a multicultural acceptance by the mediation of self-esteem and ego-resilience. The results suggest that the peer attachment of the youth is helpful to fostering multicultural acceptance as well as self-esteem and ego-resilience. Based On these results, this study proposed, in the aspect of fostering the youth s multicultural acceptance, the way to use peer attachment as a practical fundamental material for lessons so that at the educational location the teacher can help the youth generate peer attachment and improve self-esteem and ego-resilience.
