가정대체식(HMR)에 관한 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 가정대체식(Home Meal Replacement)에 관한 연구의 동향을 조사하여, 가정대체식연구의 이론적 기반이 어떻게 발전했으며, 이에 따른 연구가 어떤 방향들로 진행되었는지 파악하고 연도별, 연구 목적별, 연구 방법별, 연구 대상 지역별로 특징을 알아보는 것이다. 가정대체식과 연관 있는 국내 학술지 연구 논문 중 신뢰성이 있다고 판단되어지는 한국연구재단에 등재되거나 등재후보인 논문들로 한정하여 분석하였다. 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 가정대체식과 관련된 논문들은 1998년부터 2017년까지 개재되었으며, 2005년부터 2010년 사이에는 10편(18.5%), 2011년부터 2015년 사이에는 26편(48.1%)으로 본격적인 연구가 이루어졌다. 2016년과 2017년에는 17편(31.5%)으로 최근 몇 년간 가정대체식에 관한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지기 시작했음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 가정대체식 연구의 연구 방법별 연구 동향에서는 54편의 분석대상 중 양적 연구가 42편(77.8%), 질적 연구 6편(11.1%), 혼합 연구 4편(7.4%), 문헌 연구 2편(3.7%) 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가정대체식 연구 대상 지역별 연구 동향에서는 대도시에서 이루어진 연구가 23편(54.8%), 기타 지역에서 14편(33.3%), 해외 3편(7.1%), 중소도시가 2편(4.8%)의 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 가정대체식 연구의 목적별 연구 동향에서는 54편 중 소비자의 선택속성 파악 및 차이가 29편(53.7%), 마케팅 전략이 11편(20.4%), 제품 개발과 산업 및 시장이 각각 6편(11.1%), 개념 및 분류가 2편(3.7%) 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 학문적 관점에서 가정대체식 연구 분야의 기초정보를 제공 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the trends of research on home meal replacement and to understand how the theoretical foundation of the research has developed and the research has proceeded in categories of yearly based, purpose, method, and the area of research. Among the national journals related to the home meal replacement, papers listed or listed as candidates at least in the Korea Research Foundation were considered reliable in this study. The primary results are summarized as follows: First, articles related to the home meal replacement were introduced from 1998 to 2017 with 10 (18.5%) between 2005 and 2010 and 26 between 2011 and 2015 (48.1%). In 2016 and 2017, 17 (31.5%) of the articles were made. Second, in the research trends of methods of home meal replacement study, there were 42 (77.8%) of the quantitative research, six (11.1%) of the qualitative study and four (7.4%) of mixed, and two literature studies (3.7%). Third, 42 studie swith quantitative research were selected among the total 54 studies and after reviewing regional trends, we found that most of the studies in large cities took up the majority of the research. Of the total 42 studies, 23(54.8%) were made in large cities, 14(33.3%) were in other areas, 3(7.1%) were from abroad, and 2(4.8%) were in small and medium cities. Fourth, in the research trends of the purpose of home meal replacement study, we found 29 items (53.7%) of selected attributes and differences of consumers, 11 items of marketing strategy(20.4%), six items of product development, industry and market and two of the concept and classification (3.7%). The results of this study provide necessary information on the field of home meal replacement research from an academic perspective.
