하지에 대한 인지운동치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 하지에 대한 인지운동치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 본 연구의 대상자는 선정 기준에 따라 40명을 선정한 뒤 무작위로 두 그룹으로 나누어 8주 동안 인지운동치료를 적용한 대상군은 주5회 30분 시행하고, 고유수용성감각 프로그램을 이용한 대상군도 주5회 30분을 시행하였다. 균형에 대한 평가는 BBS와 TUG, 관절감각오차를 이용하였다. 결과: 중재 전, 후의 BBS와 TUG, 관절감각오차를 측정 한 뒤 비교 분석을 하였다. 인지운동치료와 고유수용성감각 프로그램의 중재 전, 후의 변화량의 비교 결과 BBS, TUG, 관절감각오차에 있어서 둘 다 통계학적으로 유의한 결과를 보였다(p<.05). 결론: 인지운동치료가 뇌졸중환자의 균형과 보행 향상에 효과가 있었고, 본 연구가 앞으로 하지의 치료 접근법에 대한 중요한 참고자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이라고 생각한다.

영문 초록

The study is to figure out how cognitive therapeutic exercise on pelvic limbs affect the balance and gait of stroke patients. Methods: The research target was randomly divided into two groups: 40 patients selected according to the selection criteria, and the cognitive therapeutic exercise was conducted for 30 minutes 5 times a week for the group which the exercise had been applied for 8 weeks, and the same time and interval was applied to the target group using a proprioception program. BBS, TUG and arthresthesia tolerance were used to evaluate on the balance. Results: BBS, TUG and arthresthesia tolerance before and after arbitration were measured, compared and analyzed. As the result of comparing the amount of change before and after arbitration of the cognitive therapeutic exercise and the proprioception program, the both groups showed a statistically significant result (p<0.05). Conclusion : The cognitive therapeutic exercise was effective on the improvement of balance and gait of stroke patients, and I believe in the future, it could be an important reference to approach curing pelvic limbs.
