인지운동치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능 회복에 미치는 영향: 체계적 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능 향상에 대한 인지운동치료의 효과를 알아보기 위해 체계적 고찰을 통해 연구결과를 종합하고, 인지운동치료에 관한 연구들을 비교하고 분석하고자 하는 것이다. 방법: 한국신경인지재활치료학회지에 게재된 논문을 바탕으로 선정기준에 따라 10개의 논문을 대상으로 분석하였다. 결과: 선정된 10편의 연구는 주로 단일사례연구(70%)로 진행되었다. 주된 결과 측정 도구로는 상지기능, 일상생활을 평가하는 도구와 인지운동치료 프로파일이 사용되었다. 다양한 중재방법을 통하여 인지운동치료의 효과를 극대화 시키는 연구들이 많았으며, 인지운동치료의 결과 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능에 효과가 있었다. 결론: 인지운동치료는 뇌졸중 환자에게 그 효과를 극대화 시키기 위해 다양한 중재방법으로 적용되고 있으며, 중재방법에 따라 효과가 차이가 나는 것으로 나타났다. 향후에는 다양한 실험연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to look at a systematic review on the effects of cognitive therapeu-tic exercise on the upper limb function of stroke patients. Through this study, we have to standardize and compare the studies. Methods : We systematically examined paper published in journal of korean society of neurocognitive rehabilitation. 10 studies were included in the analyses. Results : Selected 10 studies used mostly case report design. The primary outcome measure tools including tools for upper extremity function, Activity of Daily Living and cognitive therapeu￢-tic exercise profile were used. Cognitive therapeutic exercise showed that maximizes the effectiveness of treatment. Cognitive therapeutic exercise improves upper extremity function of stroke patients. Conclusion: Cognitive therapeutic exercise depending on the methods of intervention showed that the effect of difference. In the future, various experimental studies will be needed on occupational therapy. (J Korean Society of Neurocognitive Rehabilitation 2013;5: 1-8)
