국문 초록

청년 실업률은 2017년 10.5%를 기록하고 있지만 청년들의 취업 선호처는 대기업과 공공기관 위주로 중소기업 일자리와는 괴리가 있으며, 신 중년과 경력단절여성의 노동시장 재진입의 어려움은 여전하다, 또한 4차 산업 혁명에 따른 노동시장 변화에 한국의 기업과 구직자의 대응도 미미하다. 이러한 청년취업의 어려움과 노동시장의 변화에 대처하기 위한 가장 중요한 것이 직업교육이라고 판단된다. 그러므로 본 연구는 직업능력개발훈련이 기업 조직의 유효성에 얼마만큼 영향을 미치는지 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 직업능력개발훈련 참여 기업이 미 참여 기업보다 조직 유효성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 기업규모와 직종에 따라 조직 유효성이 다를 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 직업능력개발훈련을 통하여 기업의 경쟁력 향상에 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있다.

영문 초록

Although youth unemployment is at a record high 10.5 percent in 2017, youth unemployment is far from employment of small businesses, mainly large businesses and public institutions. Also middle-aged and women generation still face difficulties. It is not enough for domestic businesses and job seekers to respond to changes in the labor market due to the fourth industrial revolution, which will lead to a decline a recent ocupational enviroment It is judged that the most important thing to cope with the difficulties of youth employment and changes in the labor market is vocational education. Therefore, this study conducted an analysis to see if vocational development training affected the effectiveness of corporate organizations. In this study found that companies participating in vocational ability development training were more effective than companies not training, It has been identified that the organization s effectiveness may vary depending on the size of the company and the type of job. Training for development of occupational skills is judged to have a positive influence on the improvement of corporate competitiveness.
