공급사의 경영활동 위험요인과 기업성과 간의 관계

국문 초록

아웃소싱이 활성화와 글로벌 소싱이 증가하면서 공급사슬 내의 복잡성이 증가하고 있다. 길어진 공급선과 국가별로 상이한 환경에서 경영활동을 해야하는 기업들의 입장에서는 공급사슬의 위험과리가 필수적인 전략으로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 공급사슬 위험관리전략을 공급사 관점에서 조망하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 공급사슬 위험요인을 기업내부위험, 산업환경위험, 거래관계위험 등으로 구분하고, 위험관리 전략 및 기업성과들의 관계에 연구하였다. 글로벌 소싱이 발생할 개연성이 큰 제조업 분야를 선정하여, 조사 및 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 기업내부위험과 고객사위험은 공급사의 위험관리전략(고객사관계관리, 고객사위험관리)에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 산업환경위험은 고객사위험관리(위험회피전략)에는 정(+)의 영향이 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. 위험관리전략과 기업성과 간의 관계에서는 고객사관계관리(위험감소전략)는 고객만족경영성과에 정(+)의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객사위험관리는 품질성과와 고객만족경영성과에 정(+)의 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.분석결과를 기반으로 이론적, 실무적 시사점과 본 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구수행 방향 등이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

Demanding outsourcing and global sourcing have been increasing the complexity within the supply chain. Thus, the risk management of the supply chain is becoming an essential strategy for the firms operating in various environments in different countries. This study tried to examine the supply chain risk management strategy from the perspective of suppliers. We recognized the supply chain risk factors into internal corporate risks, industrial environmental risks, and trade - related risks, and studied the relationship between risk management strategies and firm performances. We surveyed and analyzed the data from the manufacturing sector, which tend to manage the global sourcing strategies. Results show that the internal corporate risk and buyer’s risk negatively influence to supplier’s risk management strategy while the industrial environmental risk positively affect to the buying firm’s risk avoidance strategy. In the relationship between risk management strategy and firm performance, risk reduction strategy has a positive effect on customer satisfaction management performance, and buying firm risk management showed positive effects on quality performance and customer satisfaction management performance. Based on the results, theoretical and practical implications, limitations of this study, and the further research topics have been suggested.
