국문 초록

대학은 창업프로그램의 참여를 통한 창업의지의 활성화 방안을 대학생의 창업 선행과정으로 인식하고 교육을 시행하고 있다. 본 연구는 대학생의 창업교육을 학점과정과 비학점과정으로 구분하여 각 과정 참여도가 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 탐구하였다. 기존 문헌 등을 토대로 도출한 가설을 설문분석결과로 검증한 결과, 첫째, 대학생의 비학점과정참여도는 창업의지와 창업교육만족도에 유의한 영향을 미친 반면, 학점과정참여도는 그렇지 못하였다. 나아가, 비학점과정참여도는 창업교육만족도로 매개되어 창업의지에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 교내창업지원제도는 비학점과정참여도와 창업의지간의 관계를 조절하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 창업교육의 유형 중 비학점과정참여도와 창업교육만족도 및 창업의지가 정(+)적인 관계를 가지고 있으며, 학점과정참여도의 비효과성과 교내창업지원제도와 교육과정의 상승효과는 유의하지 않다는 현상적 결과 발견에 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 표본분석의 한계로 일반화 하기는 어렵지만, 본 연구결과는 대학의 학점교과과정 창업교육은 창업의지를 높이는데 한계가 있어 개선되어야 함을 시사하고 있다. 마지막으로 연구결과의 한계와 향후 연구방향을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The university recognizes and promotes the activation plan of the entrepreneurial will through the entrepreneurial education program as a precedent for the establishment of startups by university students. This study investigated the effect of entrepreneurial education participation on the University students’ entrepreneurial intention by classifying the entrepreneurship education into credit courses and non-credit courses. Based on the results of the survey analysis for checking the hypotheses derived on the basis of previous literature, first, the participation of non-credit courses had a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurship satisfaction, whereas the participation of credit courses did not. Moreover, the participation of non-credit courses had a significant effect on entrepreneurial ntention, mediating through education satisfaction. Third, the University’s startup support system did not moderate the relationship between non-credit course participation and entrepreneurial intention. The significance of this study lies in discovering the substantive results as follows: positive relationships between non-credit course participation, education satisfaction, and entrepreneurial intention, the ineffectiveness of credit course participation, and the non-significant synergistic effect of the University’s start-up support system and entrepreneurial education. The results imply that the entrepreneurship education in the university should be improved because it has limit to increase the entrepreneurial intention, while the caution is required to generalize the results due to the limitation of survey sample. Lastly, we discussed the limitations and future research directions.
