국문 초록

본 연구는 신생기업의 경영역량이 생존에 미치는 영향을 분석한 것이다. 신생기업은 1인 창조 기업으로 정의하였다. 1인 창조기업이란 창의성과 전문지식을 갖춘 1인이나 5인 미만의 공동 사업자로서 상시 근로자가 없는 제조업, 지식서비스업을 행하는 자를 의미한다. 연구대상은 기술보증기금의 1인 창조기업 특례보증 자금지원을 받은 1,980개사이며 기술기반(1,258개사)과 지식기반(722개사)으로 구성된다. 본 연구에 활용된 자료는 보증지급을 위한 이들 기업의 기술사업평가 자료이며, 이를 토대로 경영역량을 정의하였다. 경영역량은 기업가 중심의 인적역량, 재무역량, 기술역량, 마케팅역량으로 구분되며, 경영성과는 연체 등 보증사고의 발생여부이다. 분석방법은 로지스틱회귀분석을 활용하였고, 종속변수는 사고유무, 독립변수는 경영역량으로 정의하였다. 그 결과, 기술기반 1인 창조기업은 인적역량(기술지식수준), 재무역량(자금조달능력), 기술역량(기술우수성)이 생존에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 지식기반 1인 창조기업은 인적역량(기술지식수준)만 생존에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the effect of business competence of start-up companies on survival. We focused on one-person creative company. One-person creative company means a person who is a co-operator of one or less than five persons, who has creativity and expertise, and who operates a manufacturing and knowledge service industry that has no regular employees. The research subjects were 1,980 companies that received a special guarantee fund from the Korea Technology Guarantee Fund, and they were divided into the technology base (1,258 companies) and the knowledge base (722 companies). The data used in this study are evaluation data of these companies technology for guarantee payment, and the business competence is defined and measured from the data set. Business competence is composed of entrepreneurial human competence, financial competence, technology competence, and marketing competence. Business performance is the occurrence of guarantee accidents such as delinquency. Logistic regression analysis was used for the analysis method. The dependent variable was defined as the presence of an accident, and the independent variable as the business competence. As a result, for technology-based companies, human competence (technical knowledge level), financial competence (financing capability), and technology competence (technology excellence) had positive impacts on their survival. For knowledge-based companies, their human competence (technical knowledge level) had a positive effect on survival.
