랫드에서 DMN 투여와 capillaria hepatica 감염에 의해 발생되는 중격성 간경병에 관한 연구

국문 초록

랫드에서 화학발암물질인 DMN과 설치류가 종숙주인 Capillaria hepatica(C. hepatica)의 인공감염에 의해서 유발되어지는 간장의 병리학적 변화를 관찰하고자 하였다. 육안적 소견으로 간장의 표면에 불규칙적으로 산태해 있는 유백색의 반점과 소결절이 관찰되었다. 병리조직학적 소견으로 충란과 충체를 둘러싸고 있는 호산구의 침윤과 육아종이 관찰되었다. 문맥과 문맥 사이, 중심정맥 사이에 섬유조직이 증식으로 형성된 중격 섬유화를 보였다. 이러한 조직학적 변화는 DMN 투여 후 C. hepatica를 감염시킨 군이 다른 군에 비해 월등히 심하게 나타났다. 전자현미경적 소견으로 문맥 주위에는 아교섬유와 섬유모세포의 현저한 증식과 함께 담관상피세포의 증생 등이 관찰되었다. 따라서 DMN 투여 후 C. hepatica감염시 중격성 간경변 (septal hepatic cirrhosis)을 유발할 수 있는 실험동물 모델로서의 가치가 있다고 사료된다.

영문 초록

The study was performed to investigate the septal hepatic cirrhosis induced in rats infected with Capillaria hepatica. The typical septal fibrosis and cirrhosis in the liver were observed in the group of rats administered with dimethylnitrosamine(DMN) and then infected with Capillaria hepatica. Macroscopically, well-defined yellowish spots and small nodules were scattered on the surface of liver. Microscopically, the liver parenchyma consisted of typical granulomas which were composed of eosinophils, macrophages and multinucleated giant cells. The center of lesion contained eggs or adult worm and was accompanied with focal mineralization. Septal fibrosis was appeared as proliferating fibrous tissues from portal spaces to portal spaces or to central veins. Characteristic electron microscopic findings were observed in eosinophils, collagen fibrils and several types of connective tissue cells, especially fibroblasts, mast cells and fat-storing cells.
