보육교사의 소명의식이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 소명의식이 보육교사들의 이직에 기관 신뢰와 조직몰입이 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 연구하였다 보육교사들의 양질의 근무 환경을 개선하는데 목적을 두고 있다 서울 경기지역에 근무하는 어린이집 교사를 연구대상으로 선정하였다 연구결과 첫째 보육교사가 소명의식을 높게 지각할수록 기관신뢰를 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다 소명의식을 높게 지각할수록 이직의도를 낮게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다 둘째 소명의식을 높게 지각할수록 정의적 몰입을 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다 또한 소명의식을 높게 지각할수록 규범적 몰입을 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다 그리고 소명의식을 높게 지각할수록 동료신뢰와 상사신뢰를 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다 셋째 보육교사의 소명의식과 이직의 관계에서 기관신뢰도 중요한 요인으로 나타났다 어린이집 교사의 상호 동료와 상호작용 그리고 상사와의 상호 신뢰도 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 결과를 얻었다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between childcare teacher’s sense of calling and institutional trust and organizational commitment. It is aimed at improving the quality working environment of daycare teachers. We selected nursery teachers working in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The results of this study are as follows: First, the higher the awareness of vocational teachers, the higher the perceived institutional trust. The higher the perception of vocation consciousness, the lower the turnover intention. Second, higher perception of vocation awareness shows higher perception of positive commitment. The higher the perception of vocation consciousness, the higher the perception of normative commitment. The higher perception of vocation awareness, the higher the perceived peer trust and superior trust. Third, institutional trust is an important factor in the relationship between childcare teacher’s vocation and turnover. The interactions with the mutual colleagues of the daycare teachers, and the mutual trust with the supervisors.
