영문 초록

An immuno-affinity chromatography method was applied for the purification of protein G-Horseradish peroxidase emzyme conjugate (Prot G-HRP). The residual free HRP and free protein G were eliminated from Prot G-HRP conjugate solution by mouse IgG-Sepharose gel and chick anti-HRP-Sepharose gel respectively. When the affinity purified Prot G-HRP was used as the tracer of ELISA, it made the system improve in sensitivity.
