국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 사회적 지지가 안녕감에 미치는 영향과 그들 간의 관계에서 자아정체감의 매개효과를 성별에 따라 검증하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울에 있는 고등학교 1학년과 2학년 학생 634명을 대상으로 유의표집방법을 사용하여 설문지 조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 부모지지는 남학생의 경우는 정서적 안녕감, 사회적 안녕감, 심리적 안녕감 모두에 영향이 없는 것으로 나타난 반면, 여학생의 경우에는 부모지지의 수준이 높을수록 정서적 안녕감, 사회적 안녕감, 심리적 안녕감이 높은 것으로 나타났 다. 청소년의 교사지지는 남녀 학생 모두에서 정서적 안녕감과 심리적 안녕감에는 영향을 미치지 않은 반면, 남학생의 경우는 사회적 안녕감에는 정적인 영향을 보였으며, 여학생의 경우는 나타나지 않았다. 청소 년의 친구지지는 남학생과 여학생 모두에서 정서적 안녕감, 사회적 안녕감, 심리적 안녕감에 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 자아정체감은 남녀 고등학생의 친구지지와 정서적 안녕감 간의 관계를 매개하는 것을 검증하였다. 또한 부모지지가 정서적 안녕감, 사회적 안녕감, 심리적 안녕감에 정적인 영향을 보였던 여학생의 경우, 자아정체감은 부모지지와 정서적 안녕감, 사회적 안녕감, 심리적 안녕감 간을 매개 하는 요인임을 밝혔다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로, 청소년의 안녕감을 향상시키기 위한 몇 가지 논의와 함의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of social support on adolescent well-being and the mediating effect of ego-identity between them according to the sex. For this purpose, a survey research was conducted to examine the 1st and 2nd high school students in Seoul. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 software. The results of this study were summarized as follows. (1) adolescent’s parental support showed no effect on emotional well-being, social well-being, and psychological well-being in male students, whereas the higher the level of parental support is, the emotional well-being, social well-being, and psychological well-being in female students were found to be higher. Adolescent’s teacher support did not affect emotional well-being and psychological well-being on male and female students. In the case of male students, teacher support was a positive effect on the social well-being, but female students didn t effect on the social well-being, As adolescent’s peer support was found to affect emotional well-being, social well-being, and psychological well-being in both male and female. (2) the self-identity was verified to mediate the relationship between the peer support of the male and female high school students and the emotional well-being. In the case of female students whose parental support had a positive effect on emotional well-being, social well-being, and psychological well-being, self-identity was found to be a factor that mediates the relationships between parental support, emotional well-being, social well-being, and psychological well-being. Based on the results, this study discussed further suggestions to improve the well-being of adolescents.
