심리운동 연구 동향 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구에서 다룬 심리운동은 신체활동을 통한 개개인의 능력과 특성에 알맞으며 중재대상자에게 신체적, 인지적, 사회적 만족감을 줄 수 있으므로 학문적 요구에 대한 흐름인 다학제적 접근의 새로운 페러다임에 발맞추어 갈 중재대안으로 떠오르고 있다. 특히 신체활동을 통한 심리운동은 움직임을 통한 자아개념 형성 및 전인적 발달에 그 기본원리를 두고 있다. 운동치료와 심리치료가 각각의 단편적인 중재효과에 초점을 맞춘다면 심리운동은 이들 간의 중복요소적 중재효과를 바탕으로 이차적인 치료의 기능뿐만 아니라 정신적ㆍ심리적 예방 기능을 가지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 기존의 연구들을 탐색해 보면 주로 장애 유ㆍ아동에 초점을 맞춘 연구가 주를 이루고 있다. 심리운동은 장애의 유무나 나이의 고하, 그리고 운동능력의 정도에 상관없이 모두를 대상으로 적용할 수 있으며 심리운동을 더 많고 다양한 대상에게 그 효과를 적용할 필요가 있다. 2005년부터 2017년까지의 심리운동 연구를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구의 동향탐색을 통해 국내 심리운동의 저변확대와 발전을 위해서 다양한 대상에의 연구와 지금까지의 연구에 대한 결과 및 특징을 파악하는 것이 중요하다.

영문 초록

Psychomotorik is suitable for individuals’ abilities and characteristics through physical activities and helps to provide physical, cognitive, and social satisfaction for intervention subjects. For this reason, it has emerged as an intervention alternative to go in line with a new paradigm of multidisciplinary approach. In particular, the psychomotorik through physical activities is based on the creation of self-concept and holistic development through motor. Whereas motion therapy and psychological therapy focus on the piecemeal intervention effect, psychomotorik has secondary therapy function and psychological and mental prevention function on the basis of the overlapped intervention effect of the therapies. According to the analysis on previous studies, they mostly focused on disabled young children. Psychological motor is applicable to all types of study subjects regardless of disabilities, age, and a degree of motor ability. It is necessary to apply the effect of psychomotorik to more various subjects. Therefore, this researcher realized the necessity of the research on the psychomotorik which have been conducted from 2005 to 2017. Given that, it is important to research various types of study subjects and find the results and characteristics of the researches having been conducted so far in order to expand and develop the domestic psychomotorik.
