국문 초록

이 연구는 예술과 문화기술의 연계실태를 분석하고, 앞으로 예술과 문화기술의 상생발전을 위한 문화정책의 과제를 시론적으로 모색하는 데 초점을 두고 있다. 문화기술은 콘텐츠산업뿐 아니라 예술과도 밀접하게 연계되어 있으나, 그동안 주로 콘텐츠산업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 자원으로만 인식되어 왔다. 또한 예술정책과 문화기술정책에 대한 분석 결과, 예술과 문화기술을 연계하기 위한 융합적인 접근은 매우 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 그동안 예술과 기술의 결합분야인 미디어아트에 대한 정책적 접근은 주로 예술정책 차원에서 부분적으로 이루어졌으며, 콘텐츠산업정책 차원에서는 거의 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 이 연구에서는 인식공유 및 확산, 협업 환경조성, 융합적 예술경영 인적자원관리, 접근성 증진 및 사회적 수용력 제고, 스토리텔링 활성화 등을 중심으로 예술과 문화기술의 연계를 위한 문화정책 과제를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The article aims to develop the cultural policy model for the interrelation in the arts and culture technology in Korea. In this article, the articles and reports on the interrelation of the arts and technology was investigated. In addition, the arts policy programs and the cultural industry policy programs are examined in terms of the interrelation between the arts and technology. The article evaluates how the CT policy has considered the interaction of the arts and technology and contents industries. As a result, it can be said that cultural policy has not considered the interaction of the arts and technology as an significant policy area. CT policy also has not sought the artistic value of the CT because CT policy has prioritized the economic value of the CT. In this article, regarding the cultural policy approaches to the interrelation, the two approaches such as arts form approach and arts resource approach are suggested. The article tries to suggest the four policy agendas such as interdisciplinary cooperative system, human resources in arts management, access and storytelling development.
