국문 초록

기존의 심리치료가 갖는 시․공간적 제한과 매체 활용의 한계를 극복하고, 내담자의 자유로운 상상과 욕구를 반영할 수 있는 새로운 심리치료적 접근으로서 가상현실을 활용한 환경구성 치료를 고안하였다. 가상현실 환경구성 치료의 목적은 첨단과학기술을 활용하여 내담자가 자신의 심리적 욕구와 갈등, 무의식적 소망 등을 자유롭게 표현할 수 있는 환경을 구성하고, 가상현 실에서 구현된 환경과 상호작용함으로써 내담자로 하여금 치유의 효과를 갖도록 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 가상현실 환경구성 치료의 치유적 의미를 고찰하고, 가상현실 환경구성 치료의 실제로서 치료의 대상, 범위, 방법, 과정, 분석, 결과 활용과 관련한 세부 내용을 기술하였다. 가상현실 환경구성 치료는 다양한 심리장애로 고통 받는 아동과 성인의 심리치료 접근 가능성을 높이고, 과학적인 기술과 빅데이터를 활용하여 치료수행 과정을 정리하고 분석하는 치료자의 역할을 보조함으로써 궁극적으로 내담자의 정신건강을 증진시키는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

I have devised an environment configuration therapy using virtual reality as a new psychotherapeutic approach to overcome the limitations of time and space of existing psychotherapy and limitations of media utilization and reflect the free imagination and desire of the client. The purpose of the virtual reality environment configuration therapy is to utilize the advanced science and technology to construct the environment in which the client can freely express his/her psychological needs, conflicts, unconscious desires, and interact with the environment implemented in the virtual reality, So as to have the effect of. The purpose of this study is to investigate the healing implications of virtual reality environment configuration therapy and to describe details of the object, scope, process, analysis, and results of the treatment of virtual reality environment configuration therapy. The virtual reality environment configuration therapy improves the accessibility of psychological treatment to children and adults suffering from various psychological disorders, assists the role of therapist to organize and analyze the process of the treatment using scientific technology and big data. And ultimately, it can contribute to improving mental health.
