한국형아유르베다 심리유형 검사를 통한 상담사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 한국형아유르베다 심리유형검사로 이혼위기부부 및 학교폭력피해자에 대한 상담사례에서 그 효과성을 알아본 것이다. 이를 시행하기 위해 질적 분석 방법을 사용하였으며, 2017년 10월부터 2017년 12월까지 의뢰된 대상자 중에 사전⋅사후 검사가 이루어진 사례를 선정하였다. 한국형아유르베다 심리유형검사는 2017년 윤천성교수에 의하여 개발되어진 심리유형검사이다. 이 검사에서 피검자의 기질과 심리유형이 드러나는 심리검사이므로 사전⋅사후검사 활용에 유용하였다. 본 검사를 통해 본 연구자에게 유익하였던 점은 대상자 심리의 객관적 이해, 목표설정, 개입 방향성을 정립 하는데 도움이 되었다. 시사점은 첫째, 다양한 심리검사와 같이 피험자에게 피검자에 대한 다양한 정보를 제공하여 준다는 점이다. 둘째, 피검 자가 검사시에 간결한 문항 구성에서 가볍게 접근을 할 수 있다는 점이다. 셋째, 피검자 자신에 대한 이해와 균형의 필요성을 제시하며 내⋅외적 통합을 할 수 있는 길잡이를 하게 된다는 점이다. 넷째, 다른 검사에 비하여 피험자와 피검자의 오류발생을 저하 할 수 있었다는 점이다. 그리고 대상자에게 유익하였던 점은 첫째. 대상자 자신의 기본적 기질과 심리유형에 대 한 이해를 하게 하였다. 둘째, 대상자 자신의 심리유형에 따라 선호 방향성에 대한 알아차림 을 하였다. 셋째, 대상자 자신의 강점과 약점들이 문제 상황에서 어떤 반응을 하고 있었는지 대하여 알아차림을 하였다. 넷째. 대상자 자신을 위하여 나아가야할 방향성에 대한 필요성을 각성하였다. 다섯째, 대상자 자신의 기능을 완화 하게 하였다. 본 연구 결과 한국형아유르베다 심리유형검사는 연구자와 대상자에게 효과적 영향이 있음이 드러났다. 이에 따라 본 연구가 상담자와 대상자에게 미치는 효과적 영향이 있었다는 데에 의의를 가지며 앞으로 상담 및 교육의 현장에서 활용되는데 기여할 수 있기를 바란다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the effectiveness of Korean - style Ayurveda psychological type test in counseling cases about divorced couple and victims of school violence. Qualitative analysis methods were used to perform this study. Pre - and post - test cases were selected among the subjects who were referred from October, 2017 to December, 2017. The Korean Ayurveda Psychological Type Test is a psychological type test developed by Professor Yoon Chun Sung in 2017. This test was useful for pre- and post-test because it is a psychological test revealing the subject s temperament and psychological type. The results of this study were helpful for the objective understanding of the subject psychology, goal setting, and direction of intervention. The implication is that firstly, it gives various information about the subject to the subject like various psychological tests. Second, the subject can have a light access to the simple item composition at the time of examination. Third, it suggests the necessity of understanding and balance of the subject himself, and provides guidance for internal and external integration. Fourth, it is possible to reduce errors of subjects and subjects compared to other tests. The first thing that was beneficial to the subject. The subjects were asked to understand their basic temperament and psychological types. Second, they perceived preference direction according to subject s own psychological type. Third, the subject s own strengths and weaknesses were perceived as to how they reacted to the problem situation. fourth. And awakened to the necessity of direction for the subject himself. Fifth, the subject s own function was relaxed. The results of this study showed that Korean - style Ayurveda psychological type test has an effective effect on researchers and subjects. Therefore, it is meaningful that this study has an effective effect on counselors and subjects, and I hope that it will contribute to the utilization of counseling and education in the future.
