영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest alternatives on partnership and governance to promote marine tourism. Specially focus on sustainable tourism development from the viewpoint of adopting the concept of building of partnership and governance. In order to achieve this goals, analyzed theoretical background, case study of partnership and governance and issues in marine tourism development. This study consists of three major parts. The first part reviews the concept and theoretical background on partnership and governance in marine tourism development. The second part examines establishment case of partnership and governance in the context of sustainable tourism development. The last part proposes alternatives to establish partnership and governance in marine tourism development.
