영문 초록

It is a time to examine the change in media usage patterns for local broadcasting stations in the changed broadcasting environment and examine the need for strategic regional broadcasting services that reflect local economic, cultural, and civic communities. Based on the analysis of the media use and media environment in Incheon Metropolitan Area, we will make observe the present situation and problems of the broadcasting industry in Incheon Metropolitan Area. And we will propose the operation and activation plan of Incheon N Broadcasting System in the new media paradigm Based on the evolution of local broadcasting services, the adaptation of the Smart Media Environment and the application of public access to the local media are presented on this study.
