긍정적 가족관계가 자활성과에 미치는 영향: 서울지역 자활사업 참여자의 가정-일 충실화 과정(Family to Work Enrichment) 검증을 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 가정-일 충실화 이론을 토대로 자활사업 참여자의 긍정적 가족관계가 일영역에 어떻게 영향을 미치고 있는지와 이를 통해 자활성과가 실제로 발생하는지 여부를 실증적으로 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2015년 서울지역자활센터 전체 31개소 중 7개 지역에 소재한 자활센터의 자활사업 참여자 271명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 활용하였다. 인구사회학적 특성과 주요변수 간의 관계에 대한 분석결과, 조사대상 자활사업 참여자 중 가정-일 충실화를 통한 탈빈곤 과정에서 가장 취약한 집단은 낮은 연령대의 남성 참여자 중 동거가구원이 없고, 자활사업 참여기간이 짧고, 가계 소득이 낮으며, 자활사업에 지속적 참여를 꺼리는 특성을 가진 집단인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주요 변수의 인과관계에 대한 분석결과, 가족의 응집력과 적응력으로 측정된 긍정적 가족관계는 정서적 통로인 일에 대한 태도와 도구적 통로인 직무만족을 매개하여 정서적, 사회적, 경제적 측면 에서 자활성과를 향상시키는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 자활사업의 효과성을 제고할 수 있도록 자활참여자에 대한 개인별 자립경로 수립 및 기초교육 실시과정과 자활지원 계획 수립과정에서 긍정적 가족관계를 증진시킬 수 있는 실천적 개입 방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Drawing on the theory of Family to Work Enrichment, this research focused on how the positive family relationships of the Self-Efficiency program participants are affecting the role of work. To this end, the survey was conducted to 271 participants collected from Self-Efficiency Centers located seven different districts of Seoul in 2015. The analysis of the relationship between demographic characteristics and key variables among the participants showed that the most vulnerable group among the participants of the survey was among male participants who lack the support of household members, who lack the period of participant in self-efficiency program, lower incomes, and who lack the sustained participation in the program. Moreover, according to the analysis of the causal relationship among the main variables, the positive family relations as measured by family cohesion and adaptation is analyzed to improve the self-efficiency performance positively in the emotional, social, and economic aspects through the paths of work attitude and job satisfaction. Based on these study results, we proposed an practical initiative to enhance the self-efficiency performance by enhancing positive family relations in the process of the Individual Acton Plan(IAP) and the Individual Service Plan(ISP).
